Karin was able to take five bottle feedings today and her breathing was much better. She still has a few moments of "periodic breathing" but she is doing better. She still has about 1 degree still to go down on the warmer before she can be moved to an open crib. The doctor today said that she may be able to come home this weekend. We are trying to not get our hopes up, but at the same time, we want her home as soon as possible. She really is doing well though. Please pray that a) her breathing will continue to improve, b) she will be able to take all of her bottles tomorrow and c) she can continue to hold her temperature as they turn the warmer off and hopefully move her to an open crib soon. We would also appreciate your prayers as Jon has his medical school interview tomorrow.
