The answer is an orbital fracture. The picture is labeled above. If you click on it, it will pull up a larger image that you can see the labels better on. The eye orbit is outlined in green. ON - Optic nerve, LR - Lateral rectus muscle, SR - superior rectus, MR - medial rectus, IR - inferior rectus, MS - maxillary sinus. There is some sort of fluid (probably blood from the fracture) in the left (right side of the picture) maxillary sinus. As you can see from the green outline, the floor of the left orbit is displaced into the sinus. This injury would most likely require surgery to place the bone as well as to push the contents of the orbit (some of which have leaked into the sinus) back where they go. Yikes, this one hurts!!
