17 weeks

Here I am at 17 weeks. We go to hopefully find out what we are having next Monday afternoon.

First steps, finally!

Karin took her first steps this afternoon at our Sunday School picnic. She took about 5 or 6 right to Jon, but didn't want to do anymore after that. We were so excited! :) Sorry, we didn't catch it on video, but maybe the next time.

Sno cones

Myfriendconnie is having a book giveaway on her blog.
Sno cones are a wonderful summer treat! My favorites are strawberry cheesecake and blue raspberry. I would never try a suicide or anything that was weird sounding.

Pushing stroller

15 months

Karin is 15 months old today! How time flies! We are so thankful for the little blessing that she is. It is so much fun to watch her explore things and learn new things. She is learning the different animal sounds and can say "please" and "thank you" in sign language. She loves pushing furniture around and reading books. Her favorite books are ones with flaps or sound. She also loves playing with her fridge farm and shape cookie jar. She has actually put a few shapes in correctly all by herself! She also loves being outside with Lilly.

Her newest thing is putting on this hat and showing Daddy that she looks like him. Yesterday, Jon wasn't home when Karin brought out the hat, put it on, and then went all over the house looking for him. :)

Jon made her this "boat" from a box from Aldi yesterday. She loves to play in it!

She loves giving her baby doll a ride around the living room with her baby stroller.

Blowing Raspberries

Karin was giving the baby kisses last night and ended up blowing raspberries on my stomach. She thought it was the greatest thing! Here is a video that we managed to get. We missed the first part where she was going really well. :)
